Destination Wedding Thank You Gifts 1) Ok To Ask A Bride/groom If They Have A Registry? 2) What To Do With Bulky Gifts For Destination Wedding?

1) Ok to ask a bride/groom if they have a registry? 2) What to do with bulky gifts for destination wedding? - destination wedding thank you gifts

I have had the good fortune to all my friends are still single individual in his mid-20s, and enjoy life in Chicago. But succumbed to marry one of them and a ball in the end of next March.

My happiness was also mentioned in my lack of experience when it comes to the label of marriage. This is the first marriage, I was invited to (insert some as Date) As such, I do not know what is appropriate when it comes to these things.

Specifically, my questions are:

1) I want to buy a present for the couple, not their names can be found on one of the most important issues. Would not it be appropriate to ask them where they are registered? Or is it ok?

2) It is a destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta. If we get more of a larger gift, what it means, I have this gift you drag all the way to Mexico with me? Or is there a way around this so that I can only give gifts when they return to the United States?

Thanks in advance

Yes, it is good for you and ask them if they are registered.

However, the wedding gifts Shaud NEVER marriage or a reception. If the bride will be delivered and before the bridegroom's house, or shortly after the marriage. It's expensive and take a security risk for gifts at the reception or wedding.

The money or gift cards is not an appropriate gift, since they are his friends. The money is a gift, gifts, before the younger generation, not something you give a couple.

Ask someone where they are registered, is in complete agreement!
Secondly, if you buy something big, or they have delivered to your home! I really wanted a lot of gifts sent to my home, rather than have bleac to my wedding! My parents had to pack not the whole night!
With gift cards there is no limit or the amount, given what you think is right! I have a fixed amount that you be no wedding. When it was my best friend or a relative, I give a little more for the gift. But mostly, what I really intend to spend. You must determine this amount on your own, depending on their creditworthiness.

1. Yes, it is perfectly acceptable.
2. Tell them you have a great gift, and he will do after his return. Or you can in advance. No problem.

No problem, if so requested to register yourself! Couple love the idea that someone lookng, it is getting exactly what you want to buy or store a gift for the card, as they shop. (Gift cards are too big) If you are a great thing to be able to register there to buy gifts to send in your home! While it is certainly sends gifts to the maximum torque of six to eight weeks after the wedding!

They ask you to be registered. It's okay

Do not take the gift, in Mexico, all types of Customs ()
You have the gift directly to your home or the place where you know that you are at home, before or after marriage.

Ball and Chain? thats a bit rude ...
Your partner may wonder if they are registered somewhere. Also, if you ask the seller to send the right gift. Most places, so no additional cost. Since the marriage of his fate, I wouldnt take anything from overloaded and lose sight of the bride and groom need to keep track of them. The easier to bear, or a greeting card.

It is good to ask them if they are are registered Anyware. As for the transport of gift ... is good for you the gift at any time before the wedding in the house to provide the bride. Women sometimes show their gifts (a return to good old times ...) they do not feel obliged to make the gift all the way to Mexico ... the possibility of giving a gift after you .. back. So do not wait too long.

Good luck

Ask yourself where you are registered, is perfectly acceptable. And if they are in a large department store, which are typically a boat registered "to" option that you can buy the gift in large quantities, have sent to your home. Then when you go to the wedding, everything you need to do is a card and write what you have, or even cut you a picture of him and put him hold on the card.

I have always found that the pairs always happy to tell you where they are registered, if not included in the tender. Personally, when it comes to weddings abroad, here are some ideas. 1) Send it to your house before the wedding and a wedding card. 2) Give them a gift card from American Express (or similar prepaid credit cards). 3) offer them a small gift from Puerto Vallarta, has something important to them. 4) take a camera with too many photos Prewedding day. Have been developed to put in a nice little photo album, then others get sent home today after the crime. 5) Choose a gift that you think they take a photo of him and have him in the wedding card with a note that the actual is expected of them when I go home. The most important thing to remember, which, after 9 / 11 packets difficult to obtain, in and out of the country, is the reason for her trip. Besides, if everyone makes the package, how small the bride and groom need to know how toHomecoming. This could be in some big money making out of their pockets.

Of course, they ask, or a close relative who also has a gift of the great pairs are sent home a few days after coming back after the wedding to know them a card and have it nice gift to bring home.

First label, it is not appropriate to bring gifts to the wedding. The proper etiquette for gift registry use to buy gifts for bridal showers or obligations. For a formal wedding in an envelope with a check, at least the food is the perfect gift.
