I am a recent college graduate entering employment land of hedge funds. I live in a small town. Even if a small company that I think I want to know what the average wage offer in this area during the economic reccession? This is not a bonus, base salary only.

Bonus hedge fund is considered a primary, not the base.

If the obligation, not even to the average of 2.5 million U.S. dollars for the industry in the vicinity, it is very, very good.

The base salary is as noise, enough to move electricity to you a bonus. However, figure, a 45K "noise" is very good on my account.
