How common is it to start feeling Neck and related arm pain symptoms after having a herniated back disk? - neck and arm pain

I think it's terrible, because my stance with left leg sciatica, and strengthen the neck

You are absolutely correct in his thinking, that's exactly what it is. Whenever you back problems, neck, legs and arms are also affected. Try to walk far, walk triggers endorphins in the brain that you can feel better. It is, of course, "high" and the pain considerably.

His arm and neck pain, is another source of sciatica. Probably a pinched nerve in the neck. I have one that is caused by arthritis.
